Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant at Miller, Valles, Gardner, CPA's. The role requires handling day-to-day financial transactions, including preparing and managing financial statements, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Responsibilities also include tax preparation, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with audits as required. The position is based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days as determined by the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management skills
• Experience with Tax Preparation, Compliance, and Audit Support
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Processing
• Strong skills in using Accounting Software, Financial Analysis Tools, and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or working toward certification is preferred
• Experience in public accounting, tax preparation, or relevant industries is a plus
