Are you passionate about the perfect brew or espresso machines? Our client in the specialty coffee distributor business is looking for a high-energy Coffee Customer Service Representative to work in both their in-person showroom and providing customer service for online clients (phone calls/webchat). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building genuine relationships with clients, this could be the role for you.
Hours & Schedule:
- Full-time (45 hrs/week)
Monday–Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am–4:00pm - Optional: 4-day workweek (37 hrs) with Saturday required.
Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing expert advice on brewing equipment and coffee blends.
Retail Showroom: Greet walk-in customers in the showroom, demo coffee machines, and create a welcoming, informative experience.
Order Management: Accurately process orders through the system ensuring timely deliver and 100% customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Resolve shipping discrepancies and equipment concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Product Expertise: Become a "Coffee Pro" - Understanding the nuances of the equipment and roasts to best assist the customer.
Support other departments when needed during busy times—you're a team player.
Requirements
- A specialty coffee enthusiast (not just a barista—this goes beyond shifts and lattes).
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Retail, Inside Sales or Hospitality.
- You know at least the basics about espresso machines, grinders, and brewers —and you're hungry to learn more.
- You're a people person who brings energy, patience, and great conversation to every interaction.

- You must be able to get to the Milton location for a 9:00am start time.
- Have experience in coffee retail, barista work, or sales of coffee gear.
- Know your espresso machines and grinders like the back of your hand.
