We are an IT consulting firm seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer and vendor requests with professionalism and courtesy. Comfort with Teams phone.
  • Create support tickets in our ticketing system and routing them to engineering staff
  • Prepare customer quotes, process orders and following up
  • Proofread documents
  • Assist with basic QuickBooks tasks to support financial recordkeeping
  • Provide excellent customer support through phone /email etiquette and personalized assistance
  • Help with special projects and events as requested
  • Proficient with modern office technologies and comfortable navigating a wide range of software tools, including Microsoft Teams, 365, QuickBooks, as well as learning new platforms

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
