The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Quality Support Representative to support the KC-46 Tanker program in Everett, WA . The selected candidate will be acting as a customer interface focal.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform customer reviews, shakes, and inspections
Independently manage the schedule of customer inspections and events
Coordinate with customer, manufacturing, and quality stakeholders to ensure alignment of resources to support schedule
Assist the customer throughout production and delivery through various quality tasks and projects
Provide product manufacturing and delivery status
Facilitate and lead customer concern resolution
Complete administrative tasks that support customer requirements
Engage and lead stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience
Lead in the identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at enhancing the customer experience and increasing efficiency
Provide customer orientations around safety, production, delivery processes, and the Quality Management System (QMS)
Coordinate and communicate applicable records with customer
Work under minimal supervision and exercise considerable latitude in determining strategies and approaches to assignments based on procedures, goals, and objectives
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with aircraft production or maintenance
Experience directly interfacing with customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working with DCMA personnel
Experience in application of the Quality Management System
Experience working independently and managing work statement
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
