We are hiring a Shipping Clerk for our facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with carriers. Your duties will include verifying order details, selecting appropriate packaging materials, and labeling packages correctly. You will operate shipping software to generate labels and track shipments. Maintaining a safe and orderly shipping area is crucial. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will be expected to adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear the required PPE. Occasional lifting of boxes up to 40 pounds may be necessary. This role is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. You will work closely with the inventory and receiving teams to streamline the shipping process. Strong organizational skills are a must. We believe in promoting a culture of safety, and regular training on safe lifting techniques and the use of PPE will be provided. Experience with shipping carrier portals and warehouse management systems is a plus. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment.
