You will be responsible for conducting regular inventory audits, investigating discrepancies, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Manage stock rotation (e.g., FIFO/LIFO) to ensure product freshness and minimize obsolescence.
- Track and report on inventory levels, accuracy rates, and adjustments.
- Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure proper putaway and picking processes.
- Monitor warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements within logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related logistics role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting up to 40 lbs, as needed.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to Safety and process improvement.
