You will be responsible for conducting regular inventory audits, investigating discrepancies, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
  • Manage stock rotation (e.g., FIFO/LIFO) to ensure product freshness and minimize obsolescence.
  • Track and report on inventory levels, accuracy rates, and adjustments.
  • Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure proper putaway and picking processes.
  • Monitor warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements within logistics.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related logistics role.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting up to 40 lbs, as needed.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach to Safety and process improvement.
