We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is pivotal to our **Logistics** operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods throughout our facility. You will operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to handle significant **Lifting** and movement of materials via forklift. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Move materials to and from production and storage areas.
- Stack and stage merchandise in designated locations.
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of equipment and report any issues.
- Adhere to all **Safety** regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Wear required **PPE**, including but not limited to hard hats and safety vests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification required.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** and moving of heavy items via forklift.
- Strong understanding of **Safety** procedures and protocols for warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of proper **PPE** for forklift operation.
