JD:
Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis (BA):
Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements
Translate requirements into BDDs, SDDs, functional specs, and architectural artifacts
Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and data lineage analysis
Support Agile delivery using JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps tools
Collaborate with QA teams on E2E test scenarios and acceptance criteria
Define and own solution, data, and cloud architecture
Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Architect cloud-native and hybrid solutions on AWS and Azure
Establish architecture governance frameworks and best practices
Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives
Cloud & Technology Leadership:
AWS: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, Elastic Beanstalk, IAM, Neptune
Microservices and APIs using Java / Spring Boot
Ensure cloud security, compliance, and resilience
Data, Analytics & Governance:
Define enterprise data strategy and governance
Architect data lakes, analytics platforms, and reporting solutions
Support regulatory reporting (Basel III, IFRS9, CCAR, AML)
Enable analytics using Power BI and Graph technologies
Mentor BAs, architects, and engineers
Review designs and code for architectural integrity
Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience as Technical BA and Architect
Expertise in AWS and Azure
Enterprise data modeling and integration
Java, Microservices, APIs
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology
