• Perform Welding Fabricating tasks to produce top-notch paving equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Welding Fabricating
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Welding certification preferred
