Delivery Route Relief Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Relief Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely deliveries and excellent customer service. This is a relief position so a candidate will be expected to learn various routes and be able to hop in and help on any given route when needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Drive a box truck along designated routes to deliver products to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes 50lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
