Vision insuranceWe are seeking an experienced and service-driven Front Desk Manager to lead front office operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for supervising front desk staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding brand standards while fostering a positive, guest-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and schedule front desk team members to ensure consistent service excellence
Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out, guest requests, and issue resolution
Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution
Maintain accuracy of reservations, room assignments, billing, and cash handling procedures
Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management to ensure smooth hotel operations
Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
Qualifications:Minimum of 2–3 years of front desk or hotel operations experience, including supervisory responsibility
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS)
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
