We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our facility in the bustling environment of New York City, New York. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including stocking, order picking, packing, and ensuring the overall organization and safety of our warehouse space. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Store materials and products in designated locations, ensuring accessibility and safety.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as required.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in team efforts to meet operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is highly valued.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods.
- Must be capable of Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics is beneficial.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and wearing all required PPE.
