In this position, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail will ensure that customers receive the correct products in good condition. Key duties include reading order forms, locating merchandise, verifying quantities, and carefully packing items. We emphasize a culture of Safety, and all team members are expected to follow procedures diligently and wear appropriate PPE. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic warehouse environment. Join our team and play a crucial part in our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse stock according to orders.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE.
- Assist with tasks that involve Lifting and moving of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker or packer is a strong asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform tasks involving Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
