Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art distribution facility. This role is crucial to ensuring our products reach our customers quickly and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort and place received items into appropriate storage locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Conduct inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with shipping and loading operations as needed.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to Safety and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to a positive team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
- Familiarity with Logistics and inventory management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
