IT & Network Support

● Provide first-line support for basic IT issues (workstations, peripherals, login access, software installs, etc.)

● Assist with network maintenance tasks such as router/switch configuration, user accounts, and networked device management

● Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and hardware allocations

● Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalated support or system upgrades

● Support backup procedures, security updates, and general system health monitoring

● Help ensure the office/lab network is stable, secure, and well-documented

Qualifications

● Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Technology, Quality Systems, IT, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy

● Basic electronics knowledge and comfort using test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, analyzers, etc.)

● Understanding of quality control principles (ISO processes, inspection procedures, GD&T preferred)

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with ERP/PLM systems is a plus

● Ability to read technical drawings, BOMs, and product specifications

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

● Clear communicator who can support engineers, operations staff, and IT vendors

Preferred (Not Required)

● Experience in electronics manufacturing, audio products, or RF systems

● Experience with Jira, Confluence, Altium, SolidWorks, or similar engineering tools

● Basic scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash)

● Prior experience supporting small-office or lab IT networks

What We Offer

● Opportunity to work with cutting-edge wireless audio technologies

● A role with diverse responsibilities and room to grow into quality, engineering, or IT specializations

● Collaborative and supportive team environment
