Join our operations team and play a key role in supporting end-to-end order fulfillment. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, track manufacturing progress, manage documentation, and work closely with production, QA/QC, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive internal production orders and schedule production tasks according to capacity and lead time.
- Coordinate with production, QA/QC, procurement, and warehouse to ensure timely material readiness and production progress.
- Monitor order status and follow up on each stageโfrom batching, manufacturing, filling/packaging, to final inspection.
- Prepare and maintain production-related documentation (batch records, production orders, COA, packing list, shipment files).
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with procurement on material shortages or replenishment needs.
- Arrange outbound shipments with warehouse and logistics teams; prepare shipping instructions and labels.
- Communicate timelines and production updates to internal teams, and escalate delays or exceptions as needed.
- Ensure ERP system data is accurate, including production orders, inventory movements, and shipping records.
- Assist with sample requests, product identification, and documentation support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- 1โ3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing coordination, or order management; experience in nutraceuticals/food/cosmetics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of production workflow, warehouse operations, and basic quality requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with NetSuite or similar systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred but not required.
Pay Range: $20-25/hour
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
