About

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Data Entry Clerk with proven experience entering medical data and personal information. This role requires exceptional accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
The company is looking for a bilingual candidate English–Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong proficiency in data entry systems, software platforms, and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and verify medical information within internal systems.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all medical records.
  • Review documentation to ensure completeness before inputting into the system.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to identify and correct data entry errors.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve discrepancies or validate information.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records in compliance with established protocols.
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and all regulations related to the handling of sensitive medical data.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and process efficiencies related to data management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience (1–2+ years) as a Data Entry Clerk, preferably working with medical data or sensitive information.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with data management systems, CRM tools, or similar software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital tools.
  • Ability to handle high-volume information under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with sensitive data regulations.
