About
We are seeking an experienced and certified Reach Truck Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in the warehouse. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment. You will be instrumental in supporting our warehouse operations by navigating narrow aisles with precision and care.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload pallets from racks and other storage areas.
- Conduct daily inspections of the reach truck to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies regarding equipment operation and material handling.
- Proven experience as a Reach Truck Operator.
- Valid certification for operating reach trucks.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring heavy Lifting and stamina.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including the proper use of PPE.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
