Implementation Specialist, Data Operations

As an Implementation Specialist, Data Operations, you'll be responsible for executing behind-the-scenes tasks critical to onboarding success. You'll own data configuration, integration setup, workflow activation, and quality checks to ensure the platform is functioning as expected before and during client go-live. You will partner closely with client-facing specialists to align timelines and deliverables.

Configuration & Data Management

• Configure system settings and data mappings based on client needs.

• Perform data imports, validate results, and troubleshoot issues.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate with Engineering or Product for integration setup.

• Maintain detailed implementation records and internal documentation.

Performance & Process Improvements

• Monitor performance and proactively resolve potential blockers.

• Support continuous improvement of implementation tools and processes.

• Continuously learn and apply new platform features, configurations, and data capabilities to support accurate and scalable implementations.

• Maintains confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information.
