About the Role

The Front Office Coordinator plays a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming environment for visitors and supporting essential administrative operations. You'll be the first point of contact for guests and staff, helping keep the office organized, informed, and running efficiently during one of the busiest times of the year.

Your Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and team members and assist with basic inquiries
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, messages, and front-desk communication
  • Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate small meetings
  • Organize files, update records, and support day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Handle mail, deliveries, office supplies, and general front-office upkeep
  • Keep supervisors informed of any issues requiring attention
  • Support team members during seasonal high-demand periods

  • Clear communication and a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills, especially during busy periods
  • Comfort using computers, email, and basic office systems
