About
Responsibilities
- Organize, track, and distribute all construction-related documentation, including:
submittals, shop drawings, requests for information (RFIs), architect's supplemental instructions (ASIs), and change orders
- Maintain and organize project files (physical & digital) to ensure all project correspondence and decisions are recorded and easily retrievable
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Construction Administration team and Project Managers
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within an architectural, engineering, or construction firm
- Familiarity with standard construction processes, terminology (RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders), and documentation preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required,
experience with project management software (Newforma, Procore, Bluebeam) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with project teams, clients, and contractors
