Managed IT Services Manager - Hybrid

  • We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Managed IT Services, to lead a national sales team and drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts. This role shapes our Managed IT strategy, ensuring predictable revenue performance and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • As Manager, you will coach and develop a high-performing sales team, enforce CRM best practices, and set clear performance objectives. You will engage executive-level clients and collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams to design tailored, scalable IT service solutions.

  • Leading a national team of Managed IT sales representatives to achieve growth targets for Managed IT Services across Canada.
  • Driving proactive prospecting and pipeline generation for medium- to enterprise-sized customers within Canon's named-account portfolio and among existing clients, while identifying net-new opportunities.
  • Engaging C-level and senior stakeholders to diagnose IT needs, business drivers, risks, and strategic objectives that inform solution recommendations.
  • Guiding the team to tailor managed IT service offerings and proposals to client pain points; review and approve presentations, RFP responses, and commercial proposals that highlight Canon's capabilities and differentiation.
  • Coordinating with the broader sales organization to maximize outreach, cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and leverage existing client relationships for Managed IT deals.
  • Liaising with management, solutions architects (internal and external), and professional services to design technical solutions, support onsite assessments, and ensure proposed services are feasible and scalable.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity; provide field feedback to product, marketing, and enablement to refine offers, pricing, and sales messaging.
  • Owning CRM discipline: ensure the team maintains accurate, timely sales records, forecasts, and opportunity hygiene in CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Establish and track team KPIs (quota attainment, pipeline coverage, win rate, deal size, sales cycle) and run regular pipeline reviews to drive predictable revenue performance.
  • Leading deal governance: manage pricing approvals, contract review input, and risk escalation to Legal and Finance as needed.
  • Promoting customer success and smooth handoffs to delivery and operations to ensure onboarding, SLA adherence, and account expansion.
