Job Summary:
Join our expanding logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking proactive and dependable individuals to contribute to the efficiency and safety of our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your commitment to accuracy and adherence to safety protocols are paramount in this role, directly impacting our ability to meet customer demands and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using appropriate equipment and systems.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and participate in cycle counting processes.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, utilizing required PPE.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational targets and improve workflow.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (certification a plus).
  • Capability for significant physical exertion, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety best practices and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to consistently wear and use required PPE.
