Pay: Hourly – Negotiable based on experience
Schedule: Flexible scheduling with required availability during business hours
Role Overview
The Studio Concierge Coordinator is a key front-of-house role responsible for daily studio flow, guest experience, and appointment coordination. This position blends client-facing service with scheduling oversight, staff support, and operational organization.
You will be an active presence at the front desk while helping ensure smooth daily operations, productive schedules, and a welcoming, professional studio environment.
This is a permanent role for someone who is organized, people-focused, and comfortable managing the rhythm of a busy studio.
Studio Hours (Availability Required)
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Scheduling is flexible, but availability during all operating hours is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary front-of-house contact during scheduled shifts
- Answer phones, book and adjust appointments, and respond to inquiries
- Greet, check in, and check out clients with professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Monitor daily appointment flow and make real-time adjustments
- Communicate with clients to fill gaps and reduce downtime
- Coordinate same-day schedule changes, staff call-outs, and coverage
- Support promotions, in-studio initiatives, and community outreach
- Assist with inventory monitoring and organization
