Advanced Composites
is looking for a
Key Accounts Manager
to join our team and lead relationships with some of our most important customers.
Why This Role Matters:
Our proprietary
TPO and polypropylene compounds
are tailored for specific vehicle applications, ensuring
optimal performance, weight savings, and design flexibility
. Having knowledge of these materials is a
huge plus
for success in this role.
What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts across multiple functions
Drive profitability and achieve a minimum 15% ROS across accounts
Lead commercial efforts with Sales, R&D, and Technical Services
Forecast material usage and prepare annual budgets
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the automotive market
What We're Looking For:
8+ years of experience in chemical or related sales
5+ years in the automotive market (including injection molding)
Proven success in business development and OEM partnerships
Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree required
This is a
remote role
