Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales visits to potential customers in the designated market.

• Provide feedback on outreach trends and customer needs to management.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote business development.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
