As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience while keeping our front office running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations to ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere
- Schedule and confirm appointments; manage cancellations and rescheduling as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records using our electronic, paperless dental records system
- Process patient intake forms and verify insurance information
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate team member
- Assist with billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist / Dental Administrator is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and administrative procedures in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with electronic dental records systems is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations in a healthcare environment is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
