Role Purpose:
Support the culinary team in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standard, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with food prep, cooking, and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Store ingredients and supplies properly
- Support with inventory checks and restocking
- Dispose of waste and clean dishes as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role preferred
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
