Service Technician and Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician and Installer to join our team at Essential Water and Air. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing the water and air purification systems at various client sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates should be comfortable working in diverse environments and possess a keen attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install water and air purification systems and equipment according to specifications and safety standards
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on installed systems
• Conduct inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely
• Provide clear communication with clients regarding work performed and any necessary follow-up
• Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, parts used, and issues identified
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during installation and service activities
• Assist in training clients on system operation when necessary

Experience

• Prior experience in water and/or air installation or servicing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose plumbing/hvac issues efficiently
• Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
