Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a diverse skill set, enabling them to manage administrative tasks effectively while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a blend of clerical expertise, team management, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members.
  • Coordinate event planning and logistics for company meetings and functions.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.
  • Handle vendor management, including negotiations and relationship building.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and training & development initiatives.
  • Develop budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial health of the office.
  • Implement filing systems to maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and customer interactions.

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
  • Experience with schedule management and calendar coordination.
  • Familiarity with medical office management is a plus.
  • Ability to train and develop team members to enhance their skills.
  • Knowledge of budgeting practices and financial oversight.
