Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Maintain office organization, manage supplies, and support workflow efficiency
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and communications
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with staff, vendors, and clients
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
