About the Position
Join a fast-paced, locally owned CPA tax firm Colleen Black & Company is seeking a Professional Administrative Assistant to support our award-winning income tax and payroll preparation team. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with our experienced tax staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client communication as needed
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, client relations
- Support special projects as required
Required Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent telephone and technology skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and high ethical standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a professional office setting
- Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment
- Strong multi-tasking and deadline management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Experience
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Microsoft Outlook: 2 years (Required)
