Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs swiftly
- Provide detailed guest services such as concierge assistance, local recommendations, and special requests
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hospitality brand's welcoming tone
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; hospitality management experience is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities or work flexible hours including evenings or overnight shifts if needed
- Knowledge of hotel or resort operations and guest relations best practices is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
