Robert R. Keller & Associates Inc., a company in Manchester, NH that provides business services to a small group of manufacturing companies including Kalwall Corporation and Structures Unlimited, Inc., is looking for an Accounting & Administrative Assistant. Your primary role is to manage day to day accounting tasks while providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication through emails, memos, and calls.
  • Manage office tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and handling mail.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for Senior Level Management.

Accounting Assistant:

  • Manage accounts receivable by preparing invoices and applying payments.
  • Assist with accounts payable
  • Enter financial transactions into accounting software accurately and completely.
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions and related documentation.
  • Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties related to the accounting function as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar clerical role.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
