As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the Business Development Managers, and CEO to support lead generation activities, conduct focused market research, and assist with outreach and early-stage client interactions. Market & Competitive Research

· Conduct research on industry trends, safety and compliance challenges, and buyer personas in target verticals.

· Summarize findings into concise briefs or slide content for internal use.

· Assist in drafting outreach messaging, including email templates, LinkedIn messages, and light marketing content tailored to specific industries.

· Support the testing and refinement of outreach sequences under guidance from the Business Development Manager and leadership.

CRM & Data Hygiene

· Update and maintain lead, contact, and opportunity records in the CRM system (Zoho).

· Log meetings, notes, and follow-ups to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.

· Help monitor basic performance metrics (e.g., response rates, meeting conversion) and support simple reporting tasks.

Proposal & Sales Operations Support

· Provide basic support to proposal writing and review efforts (e.g., assembling boilerplate sections, formatting, organizing figures/tables, checking alignment with client requirements).

· Assist in organizing past performance artifacts, case studies, and sales collateral for reuse in opportunities.
