About
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and clients. This role is responsible for creating a positive and professional company image by greeting guests, answering phone calls, providing information, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain reception area in a clean and organized condition
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist employees and visitors with general inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings as needed
- Enter and update data in company systems (attendance logs, visitor logs, contact lists, etc.)
- Support HR and office administration with clerical tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and document preparation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Follow security procedures and ensure visitors sign in and out properly
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer service–oriented attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively
