The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This role ensures efficient workflow, effective communication, and organized record-keeping across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Greet visitors and provide general office support
- Support management and staff with administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
