Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing team at Terra Energy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy and sustainability, with a drive to build and nurture relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in driving Terra Energy's growth by engaging potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with our innovative products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers for Terra Energy's renewable energy solutions.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Identify and understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions that align with Terra Energy's offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Educate potential customers on Terra Energy's innovative products and services, highlighting the benefits and value of renewable energy solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and technical teams to ensure a seamless handoff and implementation of solutions.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the renewable energy market, including competitor products, pricing strategies, and market demands.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and product teams regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets to management.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent Terra Energy and expand the company's presence in the industry.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective success.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field. Relevant experience in energy sales or renewable energy is a plus.
  • Experience :

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the renewable energy, technology, or sustainability sector.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and managing sales pipelines.

  • Skills :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and establish trust.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability, with the ability to educate and inspire others about its benefits.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually
