Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Identify, build, and maintain relationships with independent bicycle dealers, distributors, and key retail partners.

· Present and promote AIMA Ebikes' product line to prospective clients through in-person meetings, demos, and trade events.

· Support dealer onboarding, merchandising, and post-sales service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

· Collaborate with internal marketing, logistics, and product teams to align regional activities with national goals.

· Gather market feedback and competitor insights to inform product positioning and strategy.

· Travel within the assigned region to visit accounts, attend expos, and support field operations.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of proven experience in B2B or dealer-based sales, preferably in the bicycle, e-bike, or powersports industry.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English highly preferred.

· Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts independently.

· Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly across the Texas state.
