Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic Lead DevOps Engineer within our Digital Services team. This role drives the deployment, infrastructure, and continuous improvement of our agency’s line of business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Act as subject‑matter expert for all DevOps responsibilities.
Lead the DevOps team, providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
Maintain production and non‑production environments, ensuring timely and secure deployments.
Define standards and contribute to the overall improvement of the application technology stack.
Support development and operations teams, raise change requests, and attend CAB.
Update and build deployment pipelines aligned with the build and deployment model.
Participate in priority incident bridge calls and root‑cause analysis.
Provide estimates for upcoming DevOps activities related to the delivery roadmap.
Document standards and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams.
Experience defining technical strategy, standards, and best practices.
Scalable pipeline design and deployment automation.
SC security clearance is essential; support will be provided for conditional offers.

Working Hours & Flexibility Full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm) with flexible working arrangements and remote options available.
