Title: Internal Sales Executive Duties: * Hit and exceed call and sales targets * Complete both inbound & outbound calls (incoming calls answered within 3 rings) * Maintain excellent working relationships with existing customers * Build and maintain a steady growth of new customers * Answer technical questions and provide solutions from our product range * Quote prices to customer as and when required * Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales * Enter and update customer information in the database * Take and process orders in an accurate manner * Be the first point of contact for customer issue. * Attend monthly staff meetings and daily sales huddles You will require: * Self-motivation, drive, and a positive winning attitude * Outstanding negotiation skills * Strong arithmetic ability * Excellent knowledge of English with professional communication and interpersonal skills * A passion to exceed targets * A hunger for sales * Proven experience in telesales or other sales * Ability to learn technical products, to enable effective selling to customers * Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection * Strong attention to detail * Experience in the resin and / or building flooring industry (not required, but preferred) Further details: Office based, in Kempston, Bedford Full time: 7.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 1 hour for lunch. Salary: £35,000 - 55,000 per annum plus bonus and commission scheme Paid monthly 20 holidays per annum plus bank holidays, plus one day per year of service up to 5 years Free on-site parking Fully stocked kitchen Description: Polycote has been manufacturing and supplying specialist epoxy & polyurethane floor repairs, screeds, and coatings, as well as many other unique building products since 1991. We are a small team looking for an enthusiastic, target driven, internal telesales executive that has an independent, flexible approach; with high personal goals, an attitude to win; and 100% dedication to achieving sales for the company and hitting set sales targets. They must be an excellent communicator, have superior people skills, and be comfortable presenting technical products over the phone as well as maintaining good customer relationships and delivering great customer support and technical advice.
