This is a full‑time, permanent position located at Chester, with a realistic OTE range of £28,000 – £30,000 pa.
It involves
Registering buyers & applicants onto an electronic database.
Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
Handling inbound leads through various property portals.
Providing constructive and informative feedback to vendors.
Generating and negotiating offers to get sales and let agreements.
We’re looking for individuals with qualities such as
Previous sales experience.
A natural selling ability.
Excellent communication skills & customer service experience.
Articulate & a strong negotiator.
A background in Estate Agency would be beneficial.
