Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to verify stock accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor inventory levels, identify trends, and report on stock status.
- Develop and implement improved inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate with operations and shipping departments to ensure efficient material flow.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory to prevent damage or loss.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in audits and process improvements related to inventory management.
- This role may require moderate Lifting of inventory items, up to 30 lbs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related logistics field.
- Proficiency with WMS software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain principles.
- Knowledge of Safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
