- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Update inventory records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Monitor inventory levels and report any potential shortages or overages.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory flow.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory management role.
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory control techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Comfortable with Lifting and moving inventory items when necessary.
