Join our dedicated team as an Inventory Clerk in Dallas, Texas, and play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse stock. This position is fundamental to our Logistics operations, ensuring that we have precise knowledge of our inventory levels at all times. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular cycle counts, performing physical inventories, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, receiving and stocking incoming goods, and managing inventory data using our WMS. A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach are crucial. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment, which includes providing the necessary PPE and enforcing strict Safety procedures. Proper training on Lifting techniques and material handling is provided to all employees to prevent injuries. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Maintain organized inventory storage and placement.
- Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Generate inventory reports as required.
- Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with all company inventory policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
