Your Role & Impact
The Learning and Volunteer Coordinator supports the strategic goals of TrueCare by coordinating and facilitating employee training programs that enhance employee performance, knowledge, and engagement. This role assists the Manager, Learning & Development in the development, scheduling, and delivery of learning and development initiatives including onboarding, compliance, professional growth, and management of volunteers and administrative interns (“interns”). The Coordinator works closely with Human Resources and department leaders to ensure training aligns with TrueCare values and organizational standards
What We’re Looking For
  • An associate’s degree in human resources, organizational development, education, business administration, sociology, or a related field from of an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience relevant to the position.
  • Standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds is required.
  • May be required to travel between TrueCare locations therefore reliable transportation with a valid California Driver’s License, proof of valid insurance, and a clean driving record is required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency with virtual training platforms and learning management systems is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Smartsheet work management platforms strongly preferred
  • Bonus points if you’re bilingual (English/Spanish) or have community clinic experience!

         The pay range for this role is $21 to $29.40 per hour.
