As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of inventory management within our distribution center. This includes developing and implementing inventory control procedures, conducting regular audits, analyzing inventory data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your expertise is critical to maintaining accuracy, reducing waste, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our supply chain. You will collaborate with various departments to reconcile inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and ensure compliance with company policies. Safety is a core value, and you will play a key role in promoting a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all regulations and proper use of PPE. While this role is primarily analytical and supervisory, occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs may be required.
