Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing products, managing inventory within your assigned area, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations. This position is integral to our logistics success, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. We prioritize a safe working environment, providing all necessary PPE and training on safe lifting techniques and operational procedures. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
  • Verify product accuracy and quantities before packing.
  • Stage completed orders for shipment.
  • Receive and put away incoming inventory.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the fulfillment area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits.
  • Perform tasks requiring regular Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand order picking instructions.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Understanding of general warehouse safety and logistics principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
