We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. *Responsibilities*
* Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, medical history, and specific areas requiring attention.
* Develop customized treatment plans that address pain management, stress relief, and occupational health considerations.
* Maintain clear communication with clients about their treatment progress and provide guidance on self-care practices.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols.
* Keep detailed records of each session, including treatment details and client feedback, in compliance with privacy regulations.
* Stay current with industry best practices by participating in ongoing education related to physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and spa therapies.
* Collaborate with other healthcare or wellness professionals when necessary to optimize client outcomes.
* Promote our services through excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with knowledge of various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
* Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage.
* Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop effective treatment plans focused on pain management and occupational health.
* Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
* Prior experience working in a med spa or similar setting is preferred but not required.
* Certification or licensure as required by local regulations for practicing massage therapy.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
