Dishroom Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent cleaning skills and be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities include:

• Wash, rinse and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils and small wares.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assist with kitchen deliveries, including proper storage, organization and rotation of products.
• Arrive on time, dressed appropriately and ready to work, work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs promptly and model suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximize sales potential through effective procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking and merchandising product.
• Follow established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment, maintain equipment according to WFM standards.
• Perform opening, mid and closing duties as assigned, ensure accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
